Lindsey E. Wilkinson is an estates and elder law attorney who helps individuals and families plan for the future with clarity and confidence. Her practice focuses on estate planning, elder law, Medicaid and long-term care planning, estate administration, and related litigation. With advanced training in tax and estate planning, Lindsey brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to helping clients protect assets, plan for incapacity, and carry out their wishes.

Lindsey works with clients across a wide range of financial circumstances, tailoring plans to meet their goals and family dynamics. She regularly prepares wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives/living wills, and advises clients on strategies for long-term care planning and Medicaid eligibility. Her approach emphasizes education and clear communication so clients feel informed and comfortable with their decisions.

In addition to planning, Lindsey has extensive experience guiding families through estate administration and probate, as well as representing clients in fiduciary and Orphans’ Court matters. Her background includes substantial litigation experience and prior service as a judicial law clerk, which informs her thoughtful and balanced advocacy. Lindsey is also committed to service and regularly volunteers her time to expand access to legal assistance for underserved individuals.

Lindsey has published articles for the American Bar Association’s Property and Probate Magazine, on advance directives and end-of-life planning. As a former member of the  Villanova Law Review, she also authored a scholarly article on international human rights litigation.

Lindsey grew up locally and attended the Episcopal Academy. She earned her B.A. from Tufts University College of Liberal Arts and J.D. from Villanova University School of Law. She received a Certificate in Estate Planning and Masters of Laws in Taxation from Temple University School of Law.
